Education and professional career

Mathias Rohr started his professional career with a commercial apprenticeship at IWC International Watch & Co in Schaffhausen and made up his Matura on the 2nd educational path. He then completed his studies in business administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a master's degree. His entry into the banking world began during his studies, where he gained his first experience at the bank counter as a working student. He has held various positions in banking (UBS, Julius Bär). Amongst his experience, he has served wealthy private clients and worked for UBS Investment Bank in various risk management functions in Zurich and London. As Head of Sales Switzerland, he was responsible for implementing holistic solutions in the asset management process for institutional clients for more than 10 years. Before joining ZWEI Wealth, he worked as a relationship manager at UBS Switzerland, where he was responsible for collective institutions along the entire value creation process.

Personal

Family and sports keep Mathias busy in his free time. His athletic stations led from being a competitive canoeist to ambitious long-distance triathlete to team player in curling. Becoming a father of twins has meant including them on adventures there is some sparetime for a some Crossfit or, depending on the season, on a ride with the road bike or with the cross-country skis.
